About Franky
I’m a web designer and developer living in Tokyo and a co-founder at Language Cloud. I graduated from the University of Virginia and worked in Washington D.C. before moving to Japan.
I built this site because the idea of having something to represent me sounded fun. You can’t know a person completely, but you can get a good idea of who you’re dealing with from what he writes, what he listens to, what he reads, and what he finds interesting, among other things. This is my attempt to tell you who I am.
This site is built with Jekyll and Backbone. I know, that’s a weird combination, but I thought I’d try something new.
The beautiful icons are by P.J. Onori, Piotrek Chuchla, Joe Mortell, Dmitry Baranovskiy, Adrijan Karavdic, Megan Sheehan, Marco Davanzo from The Noun Project.
